Entry titlepicked C0061 and C0062 and banana and RFP and GFP colonies for Ernesto to prep decided that the multiple bands on the gel are not what i want because the sizes don't make sense. decided 6 did work purified 6 PCR product using zymo clean and concentrator got good yield (100ng/ul)
cut and ran on a gel cut piece out, put at -20
