testing part in the promoter

  • cut the promoter part with 2 pairs of enzymes. 4 tubes for R.E(restriction enzyme)e+p, 5 tubes for R.E x+s. each group have an + control( 2 more tubes)
  • the pic for gel(promoter) proved the part worked well with digestion, one + contorl didnt work
