Definition

This is the factor by which Dig1 binds more tightly to Ste12:Dig2 than it binds to Ste12 alone, and conversely its the same factor that Dig2 binds more tightly to Ste12:Dig1 than it binds to Ste12 alone.
Kd_Dig1_Ste12Dig2 = Kd_Dig1_Ste12 / Ste12_Dig1_Dig2_coop_factor
Ste12_Dig1_Dig2_coop_factor > 1 means that Dig1 binds more tightly to Ste12:Dig2 than it binds to Ste12 alone.
