Summary

  • Isolate proteins and RNA from Jurkat cells (P7)
    • Centrifuge 5 min. 300xg to collect the cells
    • Instead of 0.2 mL/mL TRIzol; 400 μL for the 6 mL TRIzol
    • 2 mL of isopropanol (instead of 0.5 mL/mL TRIzol
