  • GAPDH western blot VASP blot (1:2000) --> Ht4 cells unsuccesfull, repeat 1:500 dilution --> still unsuccesfull
  • Start stimulation D9
  • Split other D9 hTERT


  • Stop stimulation D12
  • Split Ht4
    • collect cells in end volume 21 mL
    • Take 7 mL of cell suspension and dilute in 53 mL
    • Divide over 4 flask (15 mL each)

  • Stop stimulation D12 @ 15.20
  • Stimulation D9 was finished @ 11.30
