Shreffler 16:18, 23 June 2009 (EDT): met with Shashi, Kenny and Steven for R course -- reviewed first two lessons, will recreate simpler assignment for next session Reviewed protocol with CW -- we decided to include IL-3, she found calculation error in first PP2 experiment. hopefully we will confirm efficacy of src inhibitor for suppressing degranulation and can then go on to test its efficacy for blocking anergy (including H2O2-induced anergy).
