Previous work on project Mutation at the 33rd position (M to S) was successful Mutation attempted at 103rd position (M to S) was not successful (the mutation was present, but the sequence after the primer was messed up on all three samples sent for sequencing) it was suggested that next time I use more primer (forward and reverse)
