Perform kinetics experiment on Serratia and Staphylococcus, using 6.2ul of Zhou’s AMP for Serratia and using 6.2ul of Zhou’s AMP for Staphylococcus Extracted 500ul of Serratia and Staphylococcus inoculum left overnight into 5ml of nutrient broth for regeneration Left the inoculums in the incubator for 4 hours Transferred 1000ul of Serratia and Staphylococcus inoculums into vials Centrifuged, washed and vortex 3 times with PBS and resuspended the pellet in 1000ul of PBS Used the UV spectrometer to measure the inoculum samples to 0.05 Performed kinetics experiment on Serratia and Staphylococcus, using 6.2ul of Zhou’s AMP for Serratia and using 6.2ul of Zhou’s AMP for Staphylococcus.
