Uv-VIS for the Brewing samples
  • UV-vis of the brewing samples was performed using Shimadzu UV-2550PC UV-Vis Spectrophotometer.

ANALYSIS

  1. All the brewing samples show two peaks in the region 225 nm to 400 nm.
  2. The order for the concentration of phenolic acids in the brewing samples are AEB > ACB > OPB > EIB > ASB > AGB
  3. AEB sample was not following the Beer-Lambert Law.
  4. The phenolic compounds with UV activity at those picks will be contrasted with the literature to see the composition, then buy the standard to analyze further.
