Spermatogenesis Visualized tdt-Myb flies stained with anti-spectrin and anti-armadillo. Both stained beautifully, and the new protocol removed enough background that the tdt-Myb signal was now visible as well. Toto produced a nice signal, but will try Topro again with the new protocol.
