Biomaterials Design Lab Main project page Previous entry      Next entry Objective Discuss further what project topics will be and begin working on creating PVA/clay beads for reanalysis. Lab Protocol While making PVA/clay beads we discovered that the grey pump was stalling frequently, so we tried running it at a rate of 1 mL/min which seemed to work better. Data Collected PVA/clay beads and liofolized them. Notes Decided we are making two groups. One group will work on using chitosan as a polymer coating for the Na-montmorillonite and the other will work on using nafion instead.
