Biomaterials Design Lab Main project page Previous entry      Next entry Objective Make more beads using olive oil as carrier fluid and take pictures with microscopes to try to determine size of particles. Lab Protocol Same as last setup that was constructed last lab. PVA was filled in 10 mL synringe gluteraldehyde was filled in 3 mL syringe with 1/2 mL gluteraldehyde and 2 1/2 mL distilled water Data particles that were collected last lab were taken off vacuum and pictures were taken.
