Plasmid Characterization-Stability, continuation ABSTRACT Count of colonies, recompilation of results, new conjugation. Today I finish with the experiments of plasmid stability in E. coli, I did the last count of colonies of hour 74, in one of the petri dishes, the one without antibiotic only 99 colonies were observed in the other one all the colonies grew. I made a preliminary graph of the results. Because yesterday I can´t use an adequate PY media, I repeat the conjugation today, but this time Helena help me to put an E. coli S17 culture in this new PY, an I repeat the procedure of yesterday. I left also this petri dish incubating at 30°C.
