E. coli BL21_DE3 re-culture ABSTRACT Culture in liquid LB medium of BL21_DE3 cells. Today approximately at 10:30 pm I made 4 cultures (and one control tube) in liquid LB medium of BL21_DE3 cells that were previously transformed with pBBRMCS5 plasmid. The idea of this was to transfer the plasmid to a DCM- cell to make the proper digestion. The cultures were made in 1 ml of LB medium and I left one tube for control. Tomorrow morning we are going to extract pBBRMCS5 plasmid.
