Control Reactions in MeCN and DMSO The same reactions were run in MeCN and DMSO for two hours each. Procedure The stock solutions were diluted as follows: Acetonitrile: Hemin: 192.6 µL stock, 807 µL MeCN Citrate: 114.8 µL stock, 885.2 µL MeCN Phosphate: 135.5 µL stock, 864.5 µL MeCN DMSO: Hemin: 29.77 µL stock, 970.23 µL DMSO Citrate: 228.8 µL stock, 771.2 µL DMSO Phosphate: 550 µL stock, 450 µL DMSO Results
