3 October 2012 Procedure: 1. The filter paper plus compound was massed at 0.7178g (the DMF evaporated, and the filter paper is dry) 2. The compound was massed at (vile is 13.1084g, and the petri dish at 27.5896g) 13.6866g and added to a clean, empty vile 3. A stock solution was made with DMF (1mg/25mL) to be 64.37564 μM 4. A 4μM diluted solution was made with 1.5625 mL of the stock solution and 25 mL of DMF 5. A 2μM diluted solution was made with 0.77 mL of stock solution and 25 mL of DMF 6. A 0.5μM diluted solution was made with 0.194 mL of stock solution and 25 mL of DMF 7. The solutions were wrapped in aluminum foil
