Objective Make more AuNP Fiber samples Protocol We made new AuNP fiber samples in glass test tubes with the following reagents: We added the following to each test tube: 917.19µL of lysozyme 1312.94µL of chloroauric acid (gold) 7769.86µL of DI water We also measured the mass of each of 10 test tubes, which we labeled (before measuring the mass) according to the table below: We are planning to measure the mass of the fibers formed in these samples, which is why we measured the mass of the test tubes.
