The transformations and ligations that I planned on Friday and were performed by our advisor Dr. Miguel Ramírez didn't work, which led us to think that there's something wrong with the biobricks BBa_K098010 and BBa_M30109 (which appeared as BAD Quality and LOW Quantity DNA in the Parts Registry) and with the plasmid that we used as a vector for LuxAB insert.
We don't have still a plan with BBa_K098010 and BBa_M30109 but we planned to insert LuxAB in pSB1C3 vector from iGEM kit Plate 2010.
