I looked for the biobrick BBa_M30109; because the registry says it has a bad quality and a low quantity I should make a PCR to avoid loosing PCR while making unsuccessful transformations. We also could obtain each part of the biobrick BBa_M30109 (PcyA, Ho1, Cph8) and then ligate them but it could take a lot of time.
