Gel Extraction

• Cut out the proper length band (see final gel image)
• Performed gel extraction in preparation to ligate the Act2LacO promoter into a V0120 backbone

Team Fence Boxes Clean-up

• Culled 5 team fence boxes from the -20°C freezer, consolidating into just three boxes - hopefully at some point only 2.

Transformations

• Transformed minipreps from several fence parts to make glycerol stocks of them
