Checking the second miniprep for the second round of bad sequencing glycerol stocks G22.2 is good R15.2 is very good R22.2 is in GFP R4.2 might be ok, it has one point mutation in RFP, but it is close to the end of the construct, and the bar graph thing on the ab1 file is very shaky and irregular in that section of the sequencing file. I will send it to Vivek to ask and make sure.
