Observations of Microsphere freeze thaw method In comparison to the frozen hydrogels, crystals could not be seen in the structure of the microshperes. Small, pink colored spheres appeared at the bottom of each beaker, with larger spheres toward the top of the aqueous layer(below a layer of mineral oil).
