  • Measure UV-VIS of Dialysis solutions
  • Prepare solutions for NMR using D2O

  1. NMR solution preparation:
  • Dry six test tubes of HAuCl4
  • Add 1 mL D2O
  • Add 0.1 mL of 1 M NaOH in D2O
  • Add Tryptophan
  • Add 0.9 mL of D2O
