Entry title

Purpose: Print Window Disks

Methods: see 1/29/15

Experimental: Cleaned out right extruder on printer with guitar wire.

The ABS printed out was not as cleanly printed as the left extruder but was good enough for florescence testing.

1% #3. 1.85 mm to 1.83 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.84 mm. 1% #4. 1.84 mm to 1.83 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.84 mm. 1% #5. 1.85 mm to 1.83 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.84 mm. 1% #6. 1.83 mm to 1.78 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.80 mm.

Printed with 5% filament from 9/24/14 (When went though Dr. Fox's extruder). Printed with bottom of the filament. 5% #1. 1.75 mm to 1.73 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.74 mm. 5% #2. 1.74 mm to 1.72 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.73 mm. 5% #3. 1.70 mm to 1.66 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.68 mm. 5% #4. 1.66 mm to 1.70 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.68 mm. 5% #5. 1.68 mm to 1.74 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.71 mm. 5% #6. 1.74 mm to 1.75 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.75 mm.

Printed with 10% filament from 10/1/14 (when went though Dr. Fox's extruder). Printed with bottom of the filament. 10% #1. 1.71 mm to 1.73 mm fist approximate meter. Selected 1.72 mm.

Heated acetone in glass container on low heat for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The two test disks added did not change very much over the course of the heating.
