Entry title

Purpose: Printing Raftless Dogbones

Safety and Procedure: See 10/8 for details about specs, only variable that changes is feeddiameter

Experimental:

1% NR4. Diameter of the filament 1.78 mm to 1.81 mm. Selecting 1.80 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile. One end started lifting up off the base, making it a bit off from normal but still usable.

1% NR5. Diameter of the filament 1.85 mm to 1.90 mm. Selecting 1.88 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile.

1% NR6. Diameter of the filament 1.86 mm to 1.89 mm. Selecting 1.88 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile.

1% NR7. Diameter of the filament 1.84 mm to 1.84 mm. Selecting 1.84 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile. This filament went thin to thick over the distance measured, errors may occur with printing in the center.

1% NR8. Diameter of the filament 1.71 mm to 1.85 mm. Selecting 1.79 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile.

1% NR9. Diameter of the filament 1.88 mm to 1.83 mm. Selecting 1.86 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile.

1% NR10. Diameter of the filament 1.85 mm to 1.82 mm. Selecting 1.84 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile.

Started printing with 5% filament made on 9/24. Printing from top to bottom like 1%.

HPLC testing samples

 5% Post Filabot (PF5): 0.0413 g
 5% Post Printer (P3D5): 0.0469 g

5% NR1. Diameter of the filament 1.42 mm to 1.54 mm. Selecting 1.48 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile.

5% NR2. Diameter of the filament 1.53 mm to 1.62 mm. Selecting 1.58 mm for filament diameter in the printing profile.
