SDS-PAGE Diluted samples were prepared using Glycine-HCl buffer and SDS-PAGE running buffer (BSA Stock Solution, Arg stock solution, AuNPs stabilized with BSA and AuNPs stabilized with Arg). Afterward, all of the samples were heated at 95 0C for 5 min in the thermocycler. Mini-Protean Tetra Vertical Electrophoresis Cell was set up and 20 µL of protein ladder and diluted samples were added to the wells from one end of a gel with a pipette. The apparatus was connected with the electrophoresis voltage set at 200 V for separation of the protein bands.Finally, Gel was stained in fixative solution for 30 min, stain solution for 1 h and destain solution for 15 min. Result -This result is obtained with another group which did the same analysis.
