  • Today, I checked that the restrictions revealed that the parts were ligated and were as expected as the gel shows:




  • I am happy to say that we will be able to cotransform the J23100 + RBS + LRE + TT with the Green click beetle luciferase, as for the red one, I am not sure about the output observed.


  • Tomorrow, I will transform the J23100 + LRE + TT again (as I forgot to re-plate =S), and do the co-transformation.
