WiFi coli: A communicolight system

It's a beautiful life :D Today, I grew 5 colonies of the J23100 + RBS + LRE + TT and 5 colonies of red click beetle luciferase to check whether the ligations were performed correctly. I incubated them for 6 hrs at 37°C. After this, I extracted plasmid with the Qiagen kit for micropreps and stored them as JLRE 1-5 PP and RED 1-5 PP. I also did a restriction for 20μL with ECO RI and PST I to check my ligations and I left them incubating at 37°C ON.
