Looking for emission, building the assay... Let us hope everything turns out well, I have just plated the 20 cultures both of wild-type luciferase and its mutation so that we can test their phenotype today or tomorrow. The Xgal-ampicilin plate was left incubating at 37°C. I also ran a gel to check if the LRE synthesis is the expected one.
