WiFi coli: A communi-colight system

Plating Today, I made new LB-tetracycline plates in the morning. In the afternoon, I plated 10 of the successful colonies that were transformed during the weekend. I left them incubating at 37°C ON. The plates are as follows: 1. Luciferase with J23106 (ampicilin). 2. Luciferase with plasmid 18 (tetracyclin). 3. Mutated luciferase (red) with J23106 (ampicilin). 4. Mutated luciferase (red) with plasmid 18 (tetracycline).
