Day 1 @ iGEM's lab


  • First thing!!! Lab tour to get familiar with it :D, we assigned places and set a work plan.



  • Today, Jorge and I prepared 2L of LB medium.



  • We prepared plates with ampicilin, kanamycin, chloramphenicol, and tetracycline (500 ml each).
