Tasklist

1. Extract samples from dialysis of 42 μM Lysozyme vs 5 mM - 45 mM CaCl2

  • Run Bradford Assay
    • 200 μL Bradford Solutions (diluted 1:3)
    • 750 μL 50 mM Tris/ 50 mM NaCl Buffer
    • 50 μL Sample
    • Vortex sample and let equilibrate for 5 minutes
    • Run between 400 nm-800 nm
  • UV-Vis and Fluorescence
    • Run UV-Vis between 200 nm- 800 nm
    • Run Fluorescence between 300 nm -550 nm and an excitation at 280 nm

2. Measure ISE of Stock Solutions

  • Prepare new Calibration Curve of CaCl2 Stock Solutions
