  • ✓ ChIP: expand cells for x-linking; KAH128-8.3, 129-4, 157-1 (in U2OS plain medium +dox); make 1:10 back-up cultures in maintenance medium

--> Continue with 158-4, 159-2 tomorrow (ran out of large gridded plates)

  • ✓ Cell culture: Expand 126-1, 132-8, 154-2 (FTRx failed, get a split from Mara); split confluent back-up cultures
