October 24, 2010

1. Replate in solid LB medium with correspondent antibiotic 10 colonies of each transformation made on October 23.


2. Incubate in liquid LB medium with Km antibiotic 10 colonies of the transformation pSB3K3 + J23101 + ΔRBS + GFP E004. This cells will be used for plasmid extraction.
