1. Plate the following strains to check if we can use LB medium to measure GFP, this measures will be done on June 13th.

  • Strains used:
  1. L1: p30-MinBP + GFP E0240
  2. L2: p30-MinBP + GFP BBa_K145015 (74 min)
  3. BBa_I20260: J23101 promoter + GFP BBa_E0040
  4. L4: Backbone pSB3K3 + Blue Promoter BBa_K238013 + GFP BBa_K145015 (74 min)
  5. L5: Plasmid 18 + GFP BBa_K145015 (no promoter)
  6. GFP E0240 (no promoter)
  7. GFP under ribosomal promoter
