Monday 28th June 2010 I grew the three transformations (the originals not the replated ones) in 4 ml of liquid LB with their respective antibiotic, I did this for duplicated and posterior to that I extracted plasmid. I also re plated the cI-PCR + GFP + Plasmid 18 in a new tetracycline box and left it overnight to grow.
