Objective

Continue attempting to make consistent PVA beads use Ethyl Acetate carrier fluid. Cross-link with glutaraldehyde and stop reaction with .1M NaHCO3

Description

cut a 1/32" tube and place peek tubing inside Make sure the flow is not obstructed so that beads will be able to form The best results for inserting the peek tubing into the 1/32" tygon tubing were achieved either by whittling the peek tubing and poking through one wall of tygon tubing, or by placing a paper clip into the tygon to make a control parallel incision. Both methods were susceptible to leaking and had to be glued to seal tubing. Ethyl acetate dissolved the glue.
