Objective

Today we'll be running UV-Vis of all the ratios of BSA-AuNP and 30:1 lysozyme samples with 2,2 bipiridine. We also took conductivity of 60:1, 70:1, 80:1, 90:1, and 100:1 BSA AuNPs baked with MgCl2 measured at room temp. Then we will calculate the equilibrium constants for heated 30:1 lysozyme AuNPs at 37 degrees room temperature 30:1 lysozyme AuNP, and cooled 30:1 lysozyme AuNP at 4 degrees.
