  • Performed miniprep isolation of pSB-M1g from E. coli DH5a cultures inoculated yesterday.
  • Performed AgeI-PciI double restriction digest of two samples (B and D) of isolated pSB-M1g plasmid DNA.
  • Could not make sense of the results of gel electrophoresis of the digested samples.
