Propagation on Base Backbone with ccdB using DB3.1 This document describes the standardization of pK18mobsacB & pRK404 for iGEM proposes. Results Some colonies grew up overnight on LB Carbeniciline. I stored the plate at 12ºC and will continuo to work next week with them.
