The Kappa Machinery This morning I received from Walter Fontana the Java-based application implementing the kappa modeling tool. This rule-based modeling software seems to be very interesting. unfortunately I was unable to make my first system run in the platform. I followed the tutorial that Isha Antani (isha@plectix.com) sent to me. I do not know what is happening, and because of that I sent an email to her. Maybe is just a problem with the java virtual machine existing in the mac computers that I am using. The Cinvestav Proposals Finally my proposals on Systems Biology were reduced to only one, since my "partners" at Cinvestav decided to bound the possible proposals. Whatever. Functional Organization I am still working with my document on functional organization of living beings. I want to finish today, because tomorrow I will have my course on fluorescence microscopy.
