PCR Result

I ran a 1% Agarose gel to check the result of the two PCRs from yesterday.

  1. Lane 1: 1kb NEB Quick Ladder
  2. Lane 2: pMAK512, pBR322 result from tube #1
  3. Lane 3: pMAK512, pBR322 result from tube #2
  4. Lane 4: Empty
  5. Lane 5: pUA66katE, sensor-part, result from tube #1
  6. Lane 7: pUA66katE, sensor-part, result from tube #2
  7. Lane 8: Empty

Error: Something is currently not working. What I have cut out here are actually the primer dimers. No actual amplification bands are present.
