Obtaining PCB

  • Should we have the time and desire to get the green receptor to a testable stage, considering we have no way of generating the PyCoBilisome, we could get the PCB with this protocol. Obtaining spirulina samples should not be so difficult. Moreover, it appears the protocol is time consuming but neither difficult nor complicated. The limiting step is not getting the PCB, but having the man-hours to get the green receptor parts working.
