Coliroid Review Meeting with iGEM 2009s, we should focus on making the assembly design for Coliroid (attention to restriction enzyme sites!), and try to recreate the light cannon. Coliroid pathway has several key points, so we can assay at each one: should we make a triple measure? Radiation input, kinase activity, transcriptional response? This would corroborate proportionality in the system.
