More with Fluorescence Used liposomes from 3/22 to make flow cells. Brought over Texas Red filter to compare to Rhodamine filter. (Conclusion on that was Rhodamine worked fine) Pictures of a "background" cell that did not have microtubules added. Picture of liposomes And of microtubules at the same location At a different spot, liposomes again And of microtubules at the same spot It would help if I could reduce the amount of background fluorescence. Next time I could decrease the concentration of liposomes.
