Objective The objective for today is to analyze the AuNPs that were synthesized on 11/06/2013 by using UV-vis spectroscopy. Data The protocol for preparing these samples can be found on 11/06/13 journal entry. Absorbance Spectra of Lysozyme AuNPs Absorbance Spectra of Hemoglobin AuNPs Notes: Higher concentrations of Lysozyme contained an observed pigmentation to them, however, the most concentrated (5:1 furthest to the right) did not appear colored.
