Methods

  1. Add 6.10 μL molecular beacon to solutions from 04/25/12.
  2. Incubate in heat block at 37°C for 1 hr.
  3. Dilute each solution with 571.9 μL 10 mM tris buffer (pH 7.5)
  4. Take emission fluorescence data of samples (excited at 515 nm):

Data obtained after subtracting out fluorescence of molecular beacon alone.
