Day 16 Effect of Temp Control Created solutions again according to original 1:4 dilution nanoparticle concentration as previously recorded. Kept them temp controlled either at room temp or in an oven for a week. Results next class. The three solutions are 1) Temp Controlled (set in oven at stable temp); 2) No Temp Control (left on counter) This comes from our consistent loss of chemicals between days, even if they appeared stable long-term. If there is a significant difference then we will assume solutions must be kept at a controlled temperature beyond simply in the building.
