Objective Learn how to maintain an OpenWetWare Notebook. Description Various solvents were used to run a TLC plate with ATP. The solvent that worked was 2:4:4:3 isopropanol:dioxane:H2O:NH4OH Fractions of the RuATP from the 11th of July was rotovapped. Data Add data and results here...
