Remains of the Day Gel extracting and cloning fungal PCR so I can clone and ID the 104 and 105 fragments which make up a lot of these samples. (see gel below) Started 4 ligations towards that end. The rhizo samples, the RST ones combined, and left over tailed 50 and 150 bp frags from the physical capture of Tilbury Heinz 2401.
